Your curiosity is boundless and your focus is sharp. As a highly analytical thinker, you also have an appreciation for the power of storytelling. Your colleagues frequently look to you for reason and truth. That said, you understand that data is the beginning of the conversation, not its end. You love to empower others by exposing them to the data they crave, as well as the tool sets they need to remove yourself from the equation. As a leader, you’re as comfortable digging in and creating data models as building frameworks to foster cross-team collaboration and informed decision making. You understand that data is more than just data. It’s an experience the team depends on to all speak the same language.
This is a new role at Wild Alaskan; as the first to inhabit it, you will lay the groundwork for effectively integrating data-driven decision making across the company and building out the analytic capacity each functional area needs as we continue to grow. Reporting to the VP of Finance and Business Operations, you’ll be part of a small but mighty team that is collaborative, fast-paced, challenging, and fun.
