Meaty and mild halibut becomes slightly sweet and pleasantly firm after it’s been dry-brined in sugar and salt, then cold smoked in a hardwood blend. It's ready to eat straight out of the package, the perfect lean protein to layer onto fancy slices of toast with a little sprinkle of dill, or as a special accompaniment to a seafood charcuterie. Each 8-ounce pack contains 10-12 slices of cold smoked halibut.
