Ingredients
- 2 (6-ounce) salmon portions
- 1 teaspoon Secret Spice Remedy
- 2-3 tablespoons goat cheese
- 1 tablespoon caper
- ½ red onion, very thinly sliced
- Pumpernickel toasts, for serving
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Meanwhile, pat dry salmon fillets then rub with Secret Spice Remedy.
2. Roast for 8 to 10 minutes, depending on thickness of fillets, or until just tender enough to flake easily.
3. Let cool slightly, flake with a fork.
4. Serve on Pumpernickel toasts with goat cheese, capers and onions.
